Welcome! from the Longville Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce. We invite you to explore our web site and to preview some of the adventures that await you in North Central Minnesota.

A blue and green tapestry of lakes and forests awaits the visitor to our area of North Central Minnesota. Bounded by Leech Lake to the north, Hackensack to the west and Remer to the east; Up North encompasses nearly 60 lakes and the central town of Longville. Still beautiful and unspoiled, still quiet and uncrowded, this area provides some of the best recreational opportunities in the State.

About the Longville Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce
The Longville Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce is an organization of businesses and citizens from the Longville area who believe it is to their benefit to join together. The Chamber came into existence because the business community realized that individually they could not attract new customers or improve the quality of our community. They understood that all businesses must band together to achieve this goal. The Chamber Board believes that all businesses will benefit when they come together as a united group.

The members of this Chamber come not only from the City of Longville but from nearly every Township surrounding Longville and the surrounding communities. There are 135 members in the Longville Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce.

The Mission of the Longville Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce:
  • To improve the business climate in the Longville Lakes Area.
  • To increase the customer base of its members.
  • To improve the infrastructure of the Longville Lakes Area.
  • To attract sports persons, visitors, and vacationers from throughout the nation to the Longville Lakes Area.
  • To provide recreational activities for guests who visit the Longville Lakes Area and residents.
  • To provide services to the members
